Had a lovely time with a clean room and super comfy beds. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day, and unwinding on the sun loungers felt just perfect. Just a heads up, breakfast could have started a bit earlier, but overall, it was a nice stay! 😊

I really appreciated the convenient location of Mercure North Melbourne, especially being so close to the major hospitals. The upgrade to a Superior Queen room was a nice surprise. The room had a comfortable bed and a decent amount of space. I enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities available, making it easy to unwind after a long day. the air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room, which was frustrating. When they moved me, the second room had no TV functioning properly. Despite the problems, the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The onsite parking was also quite handy, though it came at an extra charge. I also found the dining options limited, as I would have liked healthier choices on the menu. Would recommend for the location but be ready for some quirks.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to the hospital precinct and other key areas. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable mattress and crisp linens, ensuring a good night's sleep for a light sleeper like me. The staff was remarkably helpful, arranging a taxi in just five minutes for our early morning check-out.
Unfortunately, breakfast finished earlier than expected, leaving us a bit hungry on our last morning.

I appreciated the clean, comfortable room and the friendly staff, who assisted with my needs and provided helpful local information. The hotel’s location was perfect, being just a short walk from nearby hospitals, which made my stay very convenient.
Improved dining options for seniors would be beneficial.

missingWrote a review on 03 Aprspacious roomconvenient accessclunky elevator
The rooms come equipped with a decent amount of space, allowing you to move around without feeling claustrophobic. The location provides easy access to nearby medical facilities, a real perk for anyone needing hospital appointments just a short walk away.
The elevators are straight out of a horror film, clunky and noisy, making each ride a guessing game of whether they’ll actually transport you or leave you hanging. The restaurant menu lacks healthy options, and the food quality varies. an underwhelming burger and mediocre breakfast buffet certainly fell short of expectations.
