The room was spacious and clean, but street noise and machinery sounds disrupted our sleep. Indoor amenities like the pool and sauna were a bonus, though the bathroom needed updates.

Great value accommodation with excellent setting really close to the Zoo and the quieter streets in the area that still have great eateries and access to the city as well as eateries and the CBD for the concerts. Fabulous food for breakfast in the restaurant.
Not so helpful staff!

The database I accessed for information was user-friendly and had excellent details that made planning easier. The room was nice and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciate the diligent cleaning staff who respected our space and maintained a tidy environment even while we were still occupying the room.
I did notice that some areas of the hotel could use a little refresh. While it didn't detract from my overall experience, a few updates would definitely enhance the ambiance and modernity of the facility.

Our room was well furnished and brand-new complete with a private bathroom and the condition, as example, great value compared to other hotels. There were coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property!

Close to both hospitals. Central to everything shops, trams, and eateries. The staff are lovely and the hotel has relaxing atmosphere.
No fan in bathroom to turn after shower or going to toilet. No toilet brushes. Apart from that everything else good

From the moment I arrived late at night, access was simple, and my room was perfectly set to my preferred temperature. The spacious layout had a great work desk, a comfortable bed, and the entire setup was immaculate. I also enjoyed the lovely buffet breakfast each morning, and the friendly staff made the stay even more good. The location was fantastic, close to tram services, and amenities like a pool and gym added extra value.

It was a comfortable room.
I can see there has been some updating but more needs to be done. eg: peeling bathroom door, lounges in foyer are grubby & worn.

I had a lovely stay, with clean and comfy rooms that made for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. While the bathrooms could use a little update and parking costs added up, it was a pleasant experience overall.

excellent and good location, close to tram. and near to good restaurant for dinner nearby or working distant, and dining options.

Good location and reasonably quiet. Bed was comfortable which was welcome relief.
The bathroom was tired. The toilet roll holder placement, reaching back wards with awkward turn to extreme left hand side was OH&S risk, and being of mature age risked injury to back. Towels were poor quality. Large lump of strange debris underneath vanity and been there for some time growing mould. Too scared to look closely. Yuk! Reported this to reception. Was noted but no offer of reduction in room rate. $260.00 charged for AFL Grand Final week end so price was inflated. Can appreciate this week end for visiting Melb to expect high demand but value was not there with these bathroom facilities.

The air conditioning was broken, and they didn't inform us until after dinner. With no working A/C and a broken bathroom tap that wouldn't stop dripping, it just felt like neglect.

location next to the tram station, yet quiet poor computer facility which is outrageously expensive by world hotel standards
rip off for using the one little computer
